Baiside Company participated in the 2024 Wuxi International Business Law Professional Training Class

　　From May 5th to 6th, the overseas department participated in the 2024 Wuxi International Business Law Professional Training Class hosted by the Wuxi Municipal Promotion of Trade Conference. This training class aims to provide professionals engaged in international legal affairs with comprehensive knowledge and practical skills in international business law, helping Wuxi enterprises engaged in overseas business to more accurately and smoothly handle various certificate of origin applications, international business certifications, consular authentication, Hague authentication, and ATA certificates. The training class also covers international business contracts, intellectual property rights, cross-border investment, trade remedies, and dispute resolution, and combines case studies to help students gain a deeper understanding of the practical application of international business law.

　　This two-day training program covered the following key areas:

　　Zou RuiRui, Chief Visa Officer of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) and expert of the CCPIT's Origin Working Group, gave a detailed explanation of the CCPIT's Certificate of Origin issuance practices, including an introduction to the new certificate of origin system and key points for applications.

　　Li Wenming, Director of the Business Development Department of the CCPIT Trade Promotion Center, explained the CCPIT's geographical indication business, ATA credit assessment, and export credit Brand certification, supporting high-quality development of international trade and leveraging international rules to promote high-quality international economic and trade cooperation.

　　Yuan Jie, Deputy Director of the Wuxi International Chamber of Commerce Business Law Service Center, gave a presentation and introduction on the functions and application guide for international business certifications, and agency services for consular and Hague authentication.

　　Guan Jian, Partner of Gao Wen Law Firm, gave a legal analysis and suggestions on Chinese companies responding to anti-dumping and countervailing investigations from Australia and the EU.

　　A written examination was conducted at the end.

　　This was my first time participating in such a professional foreign trade-related training program. I felt privileged to attend and learned a great deal, greatly benefiting from the experience.
