● Good pneumatic performance: Using a three-element semi-open mixed-flow impeller, it is not easy to generate vortices, and the flow loss is small.
● Inlet guide vane adjustment, the unit efficiency curve is flat, and good energy-saving effects can be achieved even when operating under non-design conditions.
● Compact structure, small footprint, easy to operate.
● The impeller adopts high-strength aviation aluminum alloy material, and is processed as a whole using an imported five-axis linkage machining center, with small impeller curve error. The aerodynamic performance is reliable, the efficiency is high, and compared with existing Roots blowers, it can save 15%~25% of power consumption.
● The high-speed rotor and speed increaser gear are an integral shaft, greatly reducing mechanical losses.
● The speed increaser gear uses helical gears, which have good stability under high-speed rotation, low vibration and noise, and a long service life.
● Special tilting pad bearings: Through special tilting pads, the unit can perform well at high speeds.
● High degree of automation, good reliability.
