At the PepsiCo 30th Anniversary Celebration on the 18th of this month, I compiled my bib number, medal, Company Name book, and photos from the Tokyo Marathon on March 3rd, 2024 into a commemorative frame as a special 30th-anniversary gift. I presented this special gift to the PepsiCo showroom at the ceremony, handing it over to Mr. Kiyoshi Ayasato, PepsiCo's new General Manager.

On December 25th, Professor Chen Honghxun, leading a delegation from the Pipeline Material Transportation Technology Committee of the Logistics Branch of the Chinese Society of Mechanical Engineering, visited PepsiCo for an exchange. This event aimed to strengthen industry collaboration and explore the latest developments and applications of pipeline transportation technology. This event was significant; Professor Chen, as the founder of the pipeline transportation committee, conveyed important information and the direction of industry development to the attendees.

Baishid successfully obtained the title of harmonious labor relations enterprise in Wuxi.

On the morning of March 27, the Wuxi Tripartite Committee for Coordinating Labor Relations held a launch ceremony for the "Spring Offer" collective bargaining action and a city-wide collective bargaining work promotion meeting in Yixing. Wu Tao, Party Secretary and Vice Chairman of the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, and Gao Feng, Deputy Director of the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, attended the meeting and delivered speeches. Shi Yuxing, member of the Party group and vice chairman of the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, presided over the meeting. More than 110 people attended the event, including relevant responsible persons from the member units of the municipal labor relations coordination tripartite committee, responsible persons and member units of the tripartite committees for coordinating labor relations in various districts and economic development zones, and representatives of award-winning enterprises.
