Never forget the initial heart, starting a new 30 years

At the PepsiCo 30th Anniversary Gala on the 18th of this month, I presented a commemorative box containing my race bib, medal, Company Name booklet, and photos from the Tokyo Marathon on March 3, 2024, as a special 30th-anniversary gift to the PepsiCo showroom. At the gala, I presented this special gift to PepsiCo's new general manager, Kiyoshi Yashiro.
My purpose in creating this commemorative box is to commemorate my participation in the Tokyo Marathon, and also to express my gratitude for PepsiCo's cultivation and encouragement over the past thirty years. My work experience at PepsiCo has also spanned thirty years, from a naive and inexperienced young man to the calm and determined young-middle-aged person I am today. I have many insights from my growth, and the most important is that PepsiCo, this platform full of wisdom and vitality, has empowered me. Today, I especially hope that PepsiCo people will carry forward the unwavering and never-give-up spirit of the marathon, dare to surpass themselves, and forge PepsiCo's new thirty years of brilliance with courage and perseverance!
