On January 18th, at the PepsiCo North Plaza, a unique celebration kicked off with CEO Tao's inspiring speech on "Transformation, Confidence, and Courage." Everyone ran around the grounds together; physical fitness is paramount, as the speech emphasized: We must build stronger muscles to face even greater challenges ahead.
The company-wide photo, taken every five years, was a joyous family reunion for the PepsiCo family, with everyone shouting slogans in unison—their energy and spirit ignited.
Employees brought their families, enjoying various fun games: archery, ring toss, ball-carrying race, and a lucky roll game. The activities were novel, highly engaging, rewarding, and filled with joy.
This year's anniversary welcomed a special group of family members—retired company employees. A warm welcome home, sharing stories of the past, present, and future aspirations. Retirement is a necessary stage of life; seeing their current state offers a glimpse into our own futures, reminding us to cherish the present.
Thirty years of accumulation and achievements were showcased through images and artifacts: familiar products, yellowing documents, and slightly unclear old photos—all imprints of PepsiCo's journey, forming a history of its development. Thirty years of cultivation pave the way for a century of flourishing growth.
2024 Annual Work Summary and Advanced Commendation Meeting: Reports from each department on achievements, challenges, and key priorities for the next year were presented.

Working at a company for 15 years or more signifies deep love and loyalty. PepsiCo has a tradition of rewarding employees who have reached this milestone. This is the third round of awards, with 51 employees receiving recognition, bringing the total to 151, accounting for over half of the eligible employees.
The anniversary gala was as exciting and lively as ever, with each department presenting self-directed performances. Various raffle draws heightened the excitement. During the gala, former chairman of Higashihama Company in Japan, Mr. Hamaki Takeshi, sent his congratulations and well wishes with a generous gift. Mr. Sergey Petrov, chairman of ACWE Company in Russia, also sent a congratulatory message and video. Mr. Yang Hao, the Chinese representative, translated the message, expressing admiration for PepsiCo's 30 years of development and hoping to collaborate with PepsiCo in its global expansion.
For PepsiCo's 30th-anniversary celebration, we opted for a pragmatic approach, as stated by the new chairman, Ms. Du Xiaolin: practicality, authenticity, frugality, and innovation—placing practicality and hard work first.
Company founder, Mr. Xie, introduced the concepts of "love" and "perseverance," expanding on the original values of "sincerity," "dedication," and "trust," forming a "five-heart" philosophy. He hopes we approach work and life with love and perseverance, preparing for the next 30 years.
