On December 25th, Professor Chen Honxun, leading a delegation from the Pipeline Material Transportation Technology Professional Committee of the Chinese Society of Mechanical Engineering's Logistics Branch, visited Baiside for an exchange. This event aimed to strengthen industry collaboration and explore the latest developments and applications of pipeline transportation technology. This event was particularly significant, as Professor Chen, the founder of the pipeline transportation professional committee, conveyed important information and the direction of industry development to attendees.
Baiside's corporate management committee team, headed by Chairman Xie Weimin, participated in the exchange. Before the event, photos from previous professional committee meetings held at Baiside in 2002 and 2014 were displayed, along with a handwritten letter from Professor Chen from 22 years ago, demonstrating the long-standing friendly cooperation and deep friendship between the two parties.

The first thing to catch their eye was the fully automated loading and unloading robotic arms, which not only increase production efficiency but also significantly reduce the workload for workers. During this visit, the energy-saving fan workshop was a highlight. As a leader in the fan industry, Baiside is committed to the research and development and manufacturing of high-efficiency and energy-saving fan products. The delegation learned that Baiside has a series of complete production and service facilities, including an air bearing research and production center, motor assembly workshop, after-sales service center, spare parts warehouse, and motor inventory. The air bearing research and production center is a significant demonstration of Baiside's technological strength. Its establishment signifies that Baiside has mastered key core technologies in air bearing materials, design, manufacturing, and testing, eliminating dependence on imports and solving the problem of 'bottleneck' bearings.
In the constant-temperature processing center, to ensure processing accuracy, Baiside has built a 24-hour constant-temperature workshop to maintain equipment, measuring instruments, and processed parts at a consistent temperature, effectively ensuring the processing accuracy of high-precision parts. During the visit, the delegation paid particular attention to the advanced fully automatic spray painting production line. The entire paint shop uses a negative pressure design to effectively control the spread of paint fumes, so visitors can hardly smell any paint in the workshop. This not only protects employee health but also reduces environmental impact. The fully automated spray painting production line significantly improves production efficiency, reduces labor costs, and demonstrates the advantages of automation and intelligence in every aspect. The delegation highly praised Baiside's fully automatic spray painting production line, believing it to be not only a reflection of technological progress but also a demonstration of corporate social responsibility.
Through this visit and exchange, the pipeline transportation professional committee and Baiside conducted in-depth discussions on cooperative products.
