On February 7, 2025, the Baiside Group's 2024 Fourth Quarter Sales Summary Conference was grandly held at the company headquarters. This conference aimed to summarize the sales achievements of the past year, analyze market dynamics, and formulate a new year's sales strategy. Senior company leaders, core members of the sales team, and regional sales managers from across the country gathered together to discuss the development trends and market opportunities of the wind turbine industry.
At the beginning of the meeting, Baiside's President Tao gave a comprehensive summary of the sales achievements in 2024. The Finance Department introduced the following one by one: information sharing between finance and sales, timely accounting of payment upon arrival, information sharing of payments, timely provision of reconciliation data, automatic calculation of business expenses, and the unification of all functions on the salesperson platform;
The Production Department significantly improved delivery efficiency by optimizing production processes and supply chain management. Improvements in the Roots blower assembly process reduced inventory backlog, shortening the wind turbine delivery time by 50%. In addition, the production cycle of energy-saving wind turbines has also been significantly shortened, and production efficiency has been greatly improved.
The Technology Department gave a detailed report on the company's R&D progress and major achievements, focusing on the development of domestically produced air-floating, magnetic levitation, and screw energy-saving wind turbines;
The Sales Department conducted training on the application of industrial wind turbines in different application scenarios, including common conveying media such as inert gases, air, corrosive gases, or flammable and explosive gases; training was also provided on the use of different sealing methods in different application scenarios, and the advantages of the products were demonstrated with specific cases.
At the same time, in view of the sales target for 2025, combined with the current market situation, the Sales Department has introduced a number of incentive policies and interpreted the newly introduced sales system one by one;
