Original Japanese imported five-axis machining center joins PepsiCo

2024-11-26

To do a good job, one must first sharpen one's tools. A major piece of processing equipment—a Japanese-made five-axis machining center—has officially arrived at Baiside Company.

The shipping container was driven directly into the company's gate. Unloading and handling is a technical skill. Lifting the covers, the machine's refined, high-end, and large stature was revealed. It was placed in its pre-designated spot, awaiting use.

Considering the development prospects of wind turbine blades, the company planned to introduce a five-axis machining center, a major piece of manufacturing equipment, since the second half of last year. It can process complex and difficult workpieces. After multiple comparisons, we ultimately selected the Okuma MU-400III five-axis machine tool from Japan. It can process multiple sides of a part with a single setup. In terms of five-axis linkage, it uses Okuma's advanced five-axis control technology to achieve high-precision five-axis linkage milling, realizing high precision, high speed, and high stability in production.

Five-axis machining centers, with their high-precision and high-efficiency processing capabilities, are widely used in aerospace, automotive manufacturing, and mechanical manufacturing. Baiside Company spared no expense to improve product quality and precision. This is not only related to the company's technological advancement and product quality, but also provides strong support for the company's sustained development and growth and enhances its market competitiveness.
