PepsiCo debuted at the China International Environmental Protection Exhibition, leading a new trend in green manufacturing

Supported by the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, the Beijing Municipal People's Government, and other departments, and hosted by the China Environmental Protection Industry Association, the "22nd China International Environmental Protection Exhibition" grandly opened on April 10, 2024, at the China International Exhibition Center (Chaoyang Hall) in Beijing. Yixing Green Low-Carbon Industry Association, together with 47 outstanding environmental protection enterprises from Yixing, including Baiside Machinery, attended the event.
As a leading enterprise in the wind turbine industry, Baiside has been committed to the research and development and manufacturing of high-efficiency and energy-saving wind turbine products. This exhibition mainly focuses on green and low-carbon development. The air-suspended centrifugal blower exhibited uses surrounding air instead of traditional lubricating oil for its air bearings, allowing it to operate at higher temperatures and speeds, and significantly reducing energy consumption and emissions in practical applications; the screw blower combines the advantages of Roots blowers and centrifugal blowers. The precise design of the positive and negative rotors achieves internal compression in the cavity, resulting in stable gas delivery, small fluctuations in air volume with pressure changes, and the ability to withstand higher pressures. Products are widely used in cement, chemical, power, petroleum, steel, metallurgy, animal husbandry, grain transportation and many other fields, helping enterprises achieve a win-win situation in environmental and economic benefits.
At the exhibition site, Liu Ying, Deputy Mayor of Yixing Municipal People's Government, Party Secretary of the Environmental Science and Technology Park, and Director of the Management Committee; Zhou Xueqiang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Deputy Director of the Management Committee of the Environmental Science and Technology Park; and Guo Ping, Member of the Party Working Committee and Deputy Director of the Management Committee of the Environmental Science and Technology Park, and other leaders visited the Baiside booth. Tao Shunsheng, General Manager of Baiside Group, introduced the product performance, production and processing technology, and application scope of air-suspended, magnetically levitated, and screw blowers to the leaders. Through face-to-face interaction, a deeper understanding of Baiside's meticulous craftsmanship in the wind turbine industry and its unwavering pursuit of green manufacturing concepts was achieved.
Yu Pinghe, Director of the Fujian Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment, and his delegation from the Fujian Environmental Protection Exhibition also visited the Baiside booth. We shared our research results and future development plans in the field of environmental protection, and agreed that environmental protection technological innovation is of great significance to promoting the global green transformation of industry. Environmental protection has become a global consensus, and the manufacturing industry, as a major source of energy consumption and pollution emissions, is particularly crucial in its green transformation. Based on this concept, Baiside continuously explores and practices, striving to minimize the environmental impact while ensuring product quality and performance.
In January 2024, Baiside officially relocated to a new factory area, established the Baiside Air-Suspended Bearing Research and Production Center, established a rooftop photovoltaic power generation project, and added intelligent facilities such as mechanical arm loading and unloading, AGV automatic transport vehicles, robot painting production lines, and assembly production lines, laying a solid foundation for building a green and environmentally friendly smart factory!
