Congratulations on the successful grid connection of the Baiside photovoltaic power generation project

  On April 2, 2024, the Phase I distributed photovoltaic power generation project on the roof of P&G Machinery (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. was successfully connected to the grid, and our company used the "first degree of green energy." This marks another solid step our company has taken in green, low-carbon, high-quality development and in response to the national call to promote the comprehensive green transformation of the economic and social development.

  The planned capacity of the company's Phase I photovoltaic project is 1 megawatt. The distributed photovoltaic panels on the roof are installed in two locations: on the roof of the parking shed in the No. 9 workshop and on the roof of the No. 7 workshop. In addition to generating electricity, the photovoltaic panels can also protect employees' private cars from rain and sun, and effectively reduce the indoor temperature of the workshops in summer.

  This Phase I photovoltaic project adopts external investment and cooperation with new energy enterprises to build a platform for sharing benefits and achieving win-win cooperation. In the first five years, it will provide approximately 1.1 million kWh of clean energy annually on average, saving approximately 400 tons of standard coal each year. Harmful gas emissions will also be reduced, saving the company over 150,000 yuan in electricity costs annually.

  Rooftop photovoltaic power generation has the advantages of zero emissions, no pollution, and renewability. Photovoltaic power generation is a technology that directly converts light energy into electrical energy using the photovoltaic effect at the semiconductor interface. Compared with the commonly used thermal power generation system, photovoltaic power generation is safe, reliable, noise-free, pollution-free, harmless, not limited by resource distribution, and can utilize building rooftops, etc. It is an energy-saving and green power generation method.

  Our company will continue to integrate the concept of green development into the entire production process, innovate resource-saving and recycling technologies, comprehensively reduce the emission of various waste materials, formulate plans for photovoltaic power generation and energy-saving technological transformation, minimize the impact on the environment at all stages, and build a green and environmentally friendly smart factory.
