In April in Shanghai, as spring is warming, on April 18, 2024, the 25th China Environmental Protection Exhibition, the flagship environmental protection exhibition in Asia, sponsored by the Chinese Society for Environmental Sciences, the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce Environmental Service Industry Chamber of Commerce, Munich Expo Group, and Sino-Munich Exhibition (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., grandly opened at the Shanghai New International Expo Center.
Baishiduo is located at booth N4-G02-A01, showcasing a series of energy-saving and traditional blowers, including air-suspension centrifugal blowers, magnetic suspension centrifugal blowers, screw blowers, Roots blowers, rotary blowers, stainless steel blowers, screw vacuum pumps, and Xinminghe water pumps, covering multiple fields to meet different customer needs.
In response to the national call for "low-carbon environmental protection and energy saving and emission reduction," the air-suspension centrifugal blower, developed, designed, and manufactured by Baishiduo's R&D department for decades, has gone from early complete unit original imports, major component imports, and main unit imports to complete domestic production. Step by step, they have walked the path of domesticating air-suspension blowers, overcoming one difficulty after another. The biggest challenge in the domestication of air-suspension blowers was the production of air-suspension bearings. After unremitting efforts and numerous experiments, they finally developed air bearings with better quality than those originally imported from South Korea. In addition, Baishiduo's air-suspension bearing research and manufacturing center was recently completed, marking Baishiduo's mastery of key core technologies in air bearing materials, design, manufacturing, and testing, eliminating reliance on imports and completely solving the "bottleneck" problem of bearings.
The advantages of air-suspension blowers and magnetic suspension blowers are that one unit can replace multiple Roots blowers, achieving the same or even higher aeration volume, improving work efficiency; the integrated soundproof hood, frequency conversion control cabinet, and PLC in one unit eliminates the need for separate frequency conversion cabinets and operation cabinets, saving floor space; the blower itself has no vibration during operation, only the sound of airflow in the pipeline, improving the comfort of the working environment; maintenance only requires replacing the air filter according to the cleanliness of the air in the operating environment, which is simple to operate.
