Structure and Performance Characteristics:

● The screw rotor adopts a variable pitch structure design, with an ultimate vacuum of less than 1Pa, which can meet various vacuum processing needs from atmospheric pressure to high vacuum.

● Oil-free pump cavity can adapt to various special operating conditions and reliable use;
● It can adapt to long-term reliable operation in the pressure range from atmospheric pressure to several Pascals;
● There is no friction between the moving parts, the structure is simple, and the operation, use, and maintenance costs are lower;
● Using nitrogen gas and lip-type composite seals, it is reliable, has low operating costs, and is easy to maintain;
● The rotor is subjected to high-speed dynamic balance and uses a flange-connected electric motor, with high concentricity, low vibration, and low noise;
● The overcurrent part adopts a Hastelloy anticorrosion coating, and condensable substances are not easily condensed in the pump cavity, resulting in better corrosion resistance.
● Compared with oil seal pumps, liquid ring pumps, and oil seal pumps, there are no exhaust gas, waste liquid, or waste oil emissions, making it energy-efficient and environmentally friendly.
● It can be used independently or combined with Roots vacuum pumps, air-cooled Roots vacuum pumps, molecular vacuum pumps, etc., to form oil-free high-vacuum acquisition equipment.
